Frequently asked questions
How much is delivery?
Delivery is calculated at checkout. Royal Mail Tracked 48 is £3.95 and free on orders over £100. Tracked 24 is £5.95.
How long will my order take?
We dispatch within 1–2 working days. Tracked 48 usually arrives 2–3 working days after dispatch; Tracked 24 usually the next working day.
How do I track my order?
As soon as your parcel is dispatched we email you a tracking number. You can also see it any time under My Account → Orders, or use Track Order with your order number and email.
Can I collect my order?
Yes — choose "Collection — Scunthorpe" at checkout. You can pay online by card, or choose Cash on Collection and pay when we meet. We'll message you to arrange a time.
Can I return an item?
Yes. Under UK consumer law you can cancel within 14 days of receiving your order. Unopened items in their original condition can be returned for a full refund — see our Delivery & Returns page for details.
Which payment methods do you accept?
All major debit and credit cards, plus Apple Pay and Google Pay, processed securely by Stripe. For local collection you can also pay cash.
Do I need an account to order?
No, you can check out as a guest. An account (or Sign in with Google) lets you see your order history and tracking in one place.
