We deliver to UK mainland addresses and aim to dispatch within 1–2 working days (Monday–Friday, excluding bank holidays). Estimated delivery times start from dispatch and are given by the carrier — they aren't guaranteed. Some aerosols and chemical products may need to travel by surface mail.
Tracking your order
When your parcel is on its way we'll email your tracking number. You can also see it any time in My Account, or with your order number and email on our Track Order page.
Local collection
Choose Collection at checkout to collect from Scunthorpe, North Lincolnshire. Pay online by card or choose Cash on Collection. We'll message you to arrange a convenient time and place to meet in Scunthorpe. Please bring the exact cash amount.
Returns
You can cancel and return your order within 14 days of receiving it. Items should be unused and in their original packaging. For health and hygiene reasons, chemical products that have been unsealed can't be returned unless faulty. Full details are in our Terms of Sale.
- Contact us with your order number and the items you're returning.
- Pack the items securely and send them to the returns address we give you. We recommend a tracked service — return postage is your responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
- We'll refund you within 14 days of receiving the return, to your original payment method.
Damaged, faulty or wrong item?
Sorry about that. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery if you can, with a photo, and we'll send a replacement or refund — including any return postage. This doesn't affect your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
